To Quai D'Orsay

We then walked to Musee D'Orsay - much further than we'd intended. As you can see, the photographer tended to lag behind a bit, but Peter's dome provided a beacon to keep her on the right path.
We crossed Pont Neuf, where one of the carved faces resembles a previous female British P.M.

And the beautiful building of the Institute of France

En route, Anne and I got into a discussion about how French photographers make their subjects smile. She said that they say "Say Dix", but I insisted that they should say "Say cheese". The following shot was taken with me in the middle of the word 'fromage'. They are so
foreign!
