Au revoir Paris

On our last night, we booked at Bofinger, the oldest brasserie in Paris. The fact that it was just down the road from the apartment helped with the choice.

Lavish belle epoch decoration and super-attentive waiters. Ours looked like Arthur Sidonis, and Woody Allen's love-child was also on the staff.

Our 7.00 p.m. booking was early enough to get a seat under the dome.

Said dome

Quatre cremes brulees, s'il vous plait

Le dessert est perdu ......

.... but they look happy.

Back home past Bastille

... and goodbye to our security conscious neighbour

See you again in St Remy de Provence

  2. It does indeed look incredible!

Was there any evidence of a ferocious cat? Some sort of dangerously thrown around kitty litter or some ominous scratching?

    Bring on St Remy photographs.

  3. I hope the waiters were superciliously attentive?

I take it that in addition to the creamy pud you had mainies and plonk?

I hesitate to ask, "did you find pussy?"
